My approach is inspired by a specialty in depth psychology and the works of Carl Jung. Depth psychology considers the strong influence of the unconscious, which is often just out of the reach of our waking awareness. Through the use of reflective listening and deep curiosity around the telling of your story, the unconscious is engaged in ways that can be integrated into a deeper awareness in the here-and-now.

I introduce other techniques including art and dream work and also incorporate breathing and body awareness techniques to help you build resources to weather through difficult times and intense emotions.

My personal style balances a reflective and deeply-listening presence with a whimsical nature that keeps us open to the creativity of your unique healing process.

I believe my work as a therapist brings me to my own personal edges as well, and it is my ethical responsibility to be dedicated to the continuous mining of my own internalized biases that result from living in systems of oppression.

I  am a pro-choice, LGBTQIA+ - affirming, body positive (HAES), Gen-X therapist who is committed to bringing a racially and socially just framework into my work and personal life.

Please revisit my site to see continued updates and additional information coming soon.
